Zoo details change frequently. Prices, schedules, animal collections, and access rules can be updated by each zoo without notice to us. TerraZoo does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at the moment you view it.

Before travelling or buying tickets, always confirm critical details directly with the zoo or through its official booking channels. TerraZoo is a starting point for research, not a substitute for the zoo's own communications.

Some features, such as user accounts, saved favourites, or ticket purchases, may be introduced over time. When available, those features will be subject to additional terms shown at the point of registration or checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at contact@terrazoo.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.

Any future paid services will describe pricing, payment methods, refunds, and cancellation rules clearly before you confirm an order. Until such features launch, browsing TerraZoo remains free of charge unless we state otherwise.

The TerraZoo name, logo, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics, and software are owned by Vykodis (SASU) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from TerraZoo for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by mandatory law.

Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to zoos or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on TerraZoo does not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

We want TerraZoo to remain a reliable resource for everyone. You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of TerraZoo or our infrastructure.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or index content in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems or bypasses technical limits we apply.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or submit false or misleading information through any contact or account feature.

TerraZoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vykodis (SASU) disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Vykodis (SASU) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TerraZoo, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel costs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to TerraZoo shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for paid services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (EUR 50) if no such payment was made, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

TerraZoo contains links to official zoo websites, maps, social profiles, and other third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or are responsible for those external sites.

When you leave TerraZoo, the third party's terms of use, privacy policy, and pricing apply. Zoos may change their websites, ticket systems, or policies independently of TerraZoo.

We are not liable for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or for any transaction you enter into directly with a zoo or another provider.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence where they cannot be waived by contract.

Subject to applicable mandatory provisions, the courts of Montpellier, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of TerraZoo, unless French or EU law requires a different forum.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to TerraZoo, our services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
